1. Responsible for manpower demand planning, allocation, recruitment, and other related tasks;

2. Promote harmonious and stable relationships between the company and employees, conduct regular employee interviews, communicate with departing employees, and improve the company's human resource management;

3. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and tracking the improvement of various management systems, processes, and documents within the company;

4. Responsible for the formulation, release, and execution supervision of various notices and documents of the company;

5. Manage new employee onboarding training, probation assessment, personnel changes, contract management, salary management, etc;

6. Responsible for planning and organizing the company's annual physical examination and entertainment activities;

7. Responsible for monthly planning and purchasing statistics of social security and housing provident fund, and updating the list of commercial accident insurance;

8. Assist superiors in improving the company's human resources management system and administrative management system;

9. Responsible for salary cost accounting and follow-up of internal and external training within the company;

10. Comprehensively supervise the company's human resource management work, including human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, compensation management, and labor relations, to ensure normal and orderly implementation.
